Reconstruction After Water, Mold or Fire Damage

Most restoration companies dry your property and hand you a list of contractors to call. We stay. Once the structure is dry and cleared, we put back what came out — drywall, flooring, trim and finishes — and bring in licensed trades for the work that requires them. One company through the whole job, one record, one number to call.

How the Rebuild Works

1

Drying Verified Complete

We don't put materials back until moisture readings say the structure is dry. Building over damp framing is how a water job becomes a mold job six months later.

2

Scope & Estimate

We walk the property and list what was removed and what goes back, line by line, with costs. You see it before anything is ordered.

3

Insurance Coordination

The rebuild scope goes to your insurer alongside the documentation we've kept since the first visit. One continuous record, so there's no gap between drying and repair for an adjuster to question.

4

Licensed Trades Where Needed

Work that requires a licensed contractor — permitted structural work, electrical, plumbing — is done by licensed trades we bring in and coordinate. We tell you upfront which parts of your job those are.

5

Finishes & Put-Back

Drywall, flooring, baseboards, trim, doors and paint. Where an exact match is no longer made we show you the closest options before ordering.

6

Final Walkthrough

We walk the property with you and don't call it done until you do.

Why the Rebuild Should Come From the Same Company

One Record From Damage to Done

The most common problem in a restoration claim is the gap between the company that dried the property and the company that rebuilt it. Two scopes, two sets of photographs, two stories for the adjuster — and anything that falls between them becomes an argument. We document from the first visit through the last coat of paint, so there's one record and one company accountable for it. We've been doing this in South Florida since 2006.

Areas We Serve

AquaDry Plus handles repairs and reconstruction across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties — from Homestead and the Keys up through Miami, Kendall, Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Residential and commercial.

Do you handle permits?
Work that needs a permit is handled by the licensed contractor doing that portion of the job. We tell you which parts of your rebuild need one before work starts, so nothing surprises you halfway through.

Can you start the rebuild before drying is finished?
No, and you shouldn't want us to. Closing up a wall before the framing behind it is dry traps moisture, and the mold that follows costs more than the delay saved. We start when the readings say it's safe.

Can you match my existing flooring and cabinets?
Often. Where a product is still made we match it. Where it's been discontinued — which happens more than people expect — we show you the closest options and let you choose before anything is ordered.
